Bulk Container Direct uses a standard shopping cart system for online ordering. Throughout the site, individual products are associated with an "Add To Cart" button. Clicking this button will add 1 of that product to your shopping cart. A real-time tally of your shopping cart contents is displayed in the upper right-hand corner of the site. At any time, the "Cart" link will take you to the detailed display of your cart’s current contents. On this screen, you can edit the number of each item in your cart, remove items, or continue to the checkout process. Once you have added all of the items you would like to purchase to your cart, proceed to the checkout process to provide your customer information and finalize the order.
Yes, but this only applies to smaller items. Hand totes require a minimum order of three (3) pieces. The minimum does not apply to bulk containers, lids, or pallets.
Once your order has been placed, your order will ship via the method you were quoted & selected during the checkout process.
Once your order has been placed, it will be put into the queue for processing. The order will be reviewed to determine that the proper shipping method for each of the products on the order was selected. The products will then be made ready for shipment. Depending on which products are ordered, this review and processing window can range from 1-5 days once shipped. Transit time will vary based on the service selected.
