Refund and Returns Policy

Damaged Product

  • Inspect all items for shipping damage before accepting delivery. 
  • If damage is found, note it on the shipping bill and do not sign for the damaged items. Notify us immediately, using our Contact Us page.  
  • If you sign for the goods, mark the shipper’s paperwork that the products are damaged. 
  • Photos of the damage are helpful. Please take photos and email them to us at [email protected] 
  • Damage claims will be handled according to the carrier’s guidelines. We will work to resolve claims quickly. 

Dissatisfaction with Product (No Damage)

  • Contact us within 14 days from the date you received the merchandise. Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee. 
  • Obtain a return material authorization (RMA) and shipping instructions from us before returning any products. 
  • You are responsible for all return shipping charges. 
  • All returns must be in “as-sold” condition and will be inspected for damage or misuse. 
  • Once we receive and inspect the returned merchandise, a credit will be issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email notification once the credit has been issued.
